How SimpleInvoice AI handles information when you create invoices, download PDFs, share public invoice links, or upgrade to Pro.

We collect the invoice details you enter, such as company information, client information, line items, invoice dates, totals, and payment notes, so the service can generate PDFs and public invoice links. If you upgrade, we store the payment email and license status needed to restore Pro access.
We use information to provide the invoice generator, enforce free usage limits, generate PDFs, create share links, restore Pro access, improve product reliability, and respond to support requests.
Payments are processed by Creem as merchant of record. We do not store card numbers. Payment-related events from Creem are used only to activate, verify, or manage Pro access.
If you create a share link, the invoice can be viewed by anyone with that link. Do not include sensitive information that you do not want shared with the recipient.
